This first edition of GlobaLocal Festival has 3 main goals. One is to introduce Brussels and the zone around the Canal to it's surrounding young generation. Secondly we want to stimulate and promote artists from in and around Brussels, and to offer them a place to show their talents in an adapted location. The third goal is to organize the festival with young adults and to offer these initiators a chance to grow in the social, cultural and/or artistic network of cosmopolitan Brussels.
